I think this is also shared on drewrulo's profile. Not sure. Either way, here's FNaFB5 v1.0.0. This is the fully-working game. I forget the controls and strategies, so have fun figuring them out :) I know most of it is just point-and-click, so it shouldn't be too difficult.
