She was fascinated of the fact that birds could fly. One day, she was wandering her neighborhood (with her parent's permission) and was chasing a small blubird across the street and didn't see a large jeep coming her way. It hit her harshly and she was then put in the hospital and was paralyzed from the waist down. She lived happily for another 3 years, paralyzed yet enjoyed all the small things in life and always made sure to check before she crossed the road. She would watch stars fly in the sky and wondered if she could fly one day too. She was then diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and was slowly dying. Her friends folded her little paper bluebirds while she was in the hospital. One morning her parents were talking to her and her heart rate went down rapidly. "I love you." she whispered to her parents as she closed her eyes and went into an eternal sleep.
