Game Description: Subject D-1036 is trapped in the surveillance room at Site-19. There are multiple containment breaches happening in the Site however. He won't be able to make it out alive, so he calls the Chaos Insurgency to come and get him out of there. Now he just has to survive. Will he be able to make it out alive with the Chaos Insurgency, or will he join the afterlife with the SCPs? Enjoy this last FNaF game I made!
