It's LuxturnaTest, which, for some strange reason, doesn't appear when you search it, so just click this: http://scratch.mit.edu/users/LuxturnaTest Click love it so it possibly ends up under "Top Love It" section. Or because the Love It button is broken, so you need to click it an odd number of times to fix it.
