Use the arrow keys to get the money. Then go to the town and spend your money on accessories and food. "g" to go to the outside of the town when inside a building click the doors to go inside a building to crouch down, press the down arrow and then press left or right arrow at the same time the mall is under construction the next level is just a repeat of the first one
