AAHAHHAHAHH FINALLY I GOT IT TO WORK AND SYNC UP PROPERLY. If you didn't know, this was the project I was trying to upload in this project: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/228374752/ smack the flag a million times and it should work the mouth movements are still too fast :/
try to guess what the sound clip is from ;) btw sorry the cat's mouth moves soooo fast..,when I was making it is wasn't that fast but I had to make it go faster on scratch so it would sync up nicely
