All collab users (except for ACD and mini) MUST have a country. @acduckii_rises controls the infini64 forecast center, only he can make i64 predictions that show at the top of the screen. Others can make forecasts, but only ACD's will show at the top of the screen. When ACD isn't remixing, just look at the 36-day forecast inside the project and change the white bar to show the current forecast. @miniepicness controls the weather, natural occurrences, tribes, and people building non-capital cities in all countries. Remember that forecasts aren't always 100% accurate, so even if someone forecasts the weather one way, it may not always do what the forecasts say.
