Turmoil is the ringleader of the evil Wings Of Power group. She is widely known as Queen Turmoil or The Queen of Power. Queen Turmoil is known to whip dragons with her tail. She is a royal Icewing princess, and her current plan is to kill every Icewing in the line of the throne so SHE can take it*. Her master plan....well, I can't spoil everything. She is the sister of the queen. Turmoil is 27 years old. *She's failing at killing the Icewing monarchs.
