Update 1/28/12: ACTA is much, much worse. It totally slipped under the radar while we were freaking over SOPA and PIPA. Look it up! Update: SOPA and PIPA were shelved today. No worries! (Well they may come back one day. But not today, that's for sure.) I have made this project as a contribution to the uprising SOPA protests. For those who don't know, SOPA (Or the Stop Online Piracy Act) is a bill that the senate has proposed that is supposed to redirect people away from viewing sites containing copyrighted material. Now, put that way, it sounds fairly innocent. But what if I told you what it boils down to? It would mean that we would never again get to see these sites: Scratch Youtube Deviantart Wikipedia Memebase Newgrounds And many, many, MANY more. This act of unjust censorship cannot be passed. The internet is a free place that allows people to do what they want. If SOPA is passed, there would be no more watching your favorite shows online, no doing easy research for school, no show or videogame-based characters. I want you to help me stop this by pressing love-it and posting your OWN protest project. Help stop SOPA!
