For the most part Abyss Akwalines should not posses wands, however if you have a good reason for your Akwaline having a wand you may. For stats you have 20 points to spread across the four categories. Remember that your wand corresponds with your magic level, levels 1-4 should have Coral Wands, 5-7 should have Bubble Wands, and 8-10 should have a Pearl Wand. Level 0 should have no wand.
