Looking out of the window and watching a fire burning in a barbecue. There are no controls - just something to watch for a while. There's a little Easter egg in there if you press a certain key...
I was playing around with Perlin noise for a realistic fire effect but there was no way it was going to work at a realistic speed in Scratch. I tried to get something fairly nice looking in a simpler manner and this was the result. #techdemo #watchable #description(I was playing around with the idea of using Perlin noise to produce a fire effect. Ultimately I decided that it wasn't the best approach in Scratch due to its complexity. I did come up with an effect that was reasonably realistic though...)
