He has the ability to grant wishes for those who truly want it. They cannot want anything else but what they wish for and they must want their wish with their entire being. Fifty percent of the time what they wish for works out, while the other percent have some trouble with their wish. Example: Some one wishes for a flower and they get a flower. Good. Someone wishes to kill the king, they can't die until they kill a king. Bad. This has left him with a few enemies and a missing eye.
