It's finally done! this is an example for my rainwing CC. Check it out here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/225813225/ Song: Mystery and Mayhem by Terry White. I played this song at a band performance on the trumpet. The scream in the song used to get me every time :) Making the actual art took less than half the amount of time it took to be able to put the footage I gathered on Scratch. Yeah, I'm not going to make many of these in the future but if you are curious as to how I made this, I'll tell you: I have a built in screen recorder on my computer that I used to record me drawing on Paint Tool SAI. I then imported that footage onto Windows Movie Maker (cringe-worthy, I know) to cut out the parts I didn't want and then sped it up. Once I was happy, I turned the movie into a MP4 file so I could upload it on a GIF converter. Unfortunately, GIFs can only be -30 seconds long, so I had to go back on Movie Maker to cut my work into 30 second chunks. When I was finished, I converted my videos into GIFs and started uploading them onto Scratch When I reached the data limit, I started to manually remove some of the costumes so I could finish uploading my GIFs onto Scratch. I eventually uploaded them all and did the coding junk. There! Now you know how to make a speedpaint if you are using a different art program. That moment when you lose your pen when you are in the middle of drawing on your tablet. That was me.
