Just watch~ This is Karma, another OC of mine. She passes judgement on a group of beings, and decides whether they will be rewarded or punished for their actions. There is a set of parameters for the group of beings that she gets to pass judgement on, but no one has ever figured them out... Maybe she'll tell you what one is if you ask.
All I did was the art and some coding tweaks.
