UPDATES IN THE NEW VERSION - The main thing that sets this apart is the new Settings menu. This new menu includes the Raindrop Speed control, as well as a new option that controls whether you want 2 or 3 raindrops to fall at once (previously only 2 could fall at once), with the third raindrop, of course, being labeled with a different option for the word. - Lots of small tweaks; for example, the cat can no longer move before the game starts or after it finishes, the Time Bonus never goes below zero, the cat goes somewhat faster, the "Game Info" button was changed to the "Help & Info" button (a better description, I should say), the outlines of the buttons turn yellow when you hover over them, and...I think that's it. (Maybe. XD) REMAINING PROBLEMS: The cat's legs don't move when played online or in presentation mode, but they do move when it's just opened it Scratch. I'm pretty sure this has nothing to do with how I programmed it, it just has to do with the engine not being able to handle all the scripts, so until Scratch gets a better engine this problem is here to stay! :) Also, all of the counters get placed in the upper left hand corner instead of where they should go when you play this online, and I don't know why, because in Scratch (presentation mode or not) they look just fine. Again, probably not my fault - just a Scratch glitch - but I could be wrong. NOTE: The reason why I'm updating this instead of moving on to other verses is because I want the game to be polished before I put more verses into it, because otherwise I'll have to keep updating a bunch of projects with different verses instead of just a single prototype. Thus, if you have ANY suggestions, please let me know! To God be the glory! ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION: Yay! The first installment to my Scratch Scripture Games series, made especially for my Mom for Christmas 2011. In this simple game, the cat must catch the raindrops that are labeled with the words of Romans 8:5 (ESV version) in the correct order. I stayed up 'til about 1 in the morning making this game, so I sure hope you enjoy it! Please comment with scores and suggestions for new games and verses to include. Thanks for looking!
