This is outdated! Please check out the new studio about UnderWorld! [Disclaimer] I am aware that, according to one of my friends, another AU exists called UnderWorld. Though, I was not aware of this before creating my own AU, and I seriously doubt the two AU's bear any resemblance to eachother. Apologies if it appears that I made a rip-off of that AU, wherever it is. [UnderWorld is, first of all, an AU of mine. Just had to make sure ya'll knew that.] So, where to start... uh idk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ First of all, the Humans on the Surface know the Underground as "the Underworld" but it isn't the real Underworld(Well I mean, it can be the Underworld anyway, but then there'd be 2 different Underworld's and that would be confusing). Also, Chara and Asriel didn't do the plan. Yeah, they didn't do it. They never even had the idea, they just lived their lives. But unfortunately, Chara's lungs weren't exactly... accustomed to living in a cave. Eventually all the dust and such floating around clogged up her(yeah Chara is a girl) lungs and she died. Besides the Kingdom of Monsters being totally heartbroken, there was other bad stuff going on. During the time Chara was alive, other humans fell down, and Asgore killed them, despite the fact that Toriel begged him not to. Toriel still stayed with him, though, because Asriel and Chara needed them. So... the REAL Underworld was a place where dead people went, exclusively humans that died in the Underground(Due to magic existing in the Underground and no where else, humans who died on the Surface did not show up there). So once Chara went there, she found the other humans, standing there with angry looks as they appeared to be unimpressed with being murdered and then having to have the adopted child of the king come to them. Chara and the humans talked a while, and Chara found that she, as well as everyone else there, was completely emotionless. They could also watch people in the Underground, and they decided to pull one in. They could only pull a monster in every 10 years though, keep that in mind. So they debated on who to pull in, and decided on Asriel. Chara didn't exactly like that, for she just died, and therefore not very used to being emotionless, so she cared. But the other humans insisted that Asriel seemed extremely unhappy about Chara's death and it'd be better for him to just disappear. So they pulled Asriel in, hardly a couple hours after Chara's death, took his Soul, and split it into 7 pieces, dividing them among the humans. But Asriel didn't disappear, he appeared in a magical cage on the other side of the UnderWorld and was trapped there. So it'd been about 2 decades before Frisk fell down, so the humans pulled in 2 more monsters, Gaster and a Froggit from the Ruins, at Chara's request because no one would miss it. Anyway, Frisk falls down and meets the Monsters, becoming fast friends with them. Eventually, the humans in the UnderWorld decided to attempt to pull Frisk in, and while talking to Sans, Frisk disappeared into the UnderWorld. I'm gonna leave it there :3
Art by Me. Frisk and Chara originally from Undertale by Toby Fox. UnderWorld by Me. [Things about the UnderWorld] Chara is in charge, hence the crown and cape. Being in charge doesn't mean much, but when Chara speaks they listen, and that isn't necessarily how it goes with everyone. Since everyone is emotionless in the UnderWorld, because they have no Souls, none of them act their traits. Kindness is actually the meanest of everyone, and wants desperately to be in charge instead of Chara. Chara and Kindness don't get along very well. Another thing about the UnderWorld, everyone refers to eachother as their trait, unless it's a Monster where they just refer to that person with name. So the humans call Chara "Determination". Kindness and Justice are close friends. Chara and Kindness have an intense rivalry. Asriel blames Chara for killing him, despite how many times Chara insisted that the humans suggested it, and hates her for it.
