If you want to use the blue pen, press the letter b. If you want to use the pink pen, press the letter p. If you want the black pen, press the letter l. Every 2 seconds, the dot moves to the pointer. If you don't want a dot there, then don't click on it. I don't think there is anything else. BTW, the dots disappear every once in a while.
