Instructions

A demo of scrolling text which works by every letter being a clone. Unfortunately it is limited by the system limit of 301 clones. (There are lots of scrollable text projects on Scratch, but the text has to be pre-rendered into a sprite or drawn on the background. This technique lets you scroll text that is generated on the fly, such as a high-score list, and place it in front of other sprites)

Description

Based on the 'Kurt' code and font converter from Tim Radvan http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/3059379/ Might try this technique next... http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/16089149/ (Needs better clipping than that example which is slow) This is UbuntuMono. Another font I might try would be http://www.donationcoder.com/Software/Jibz/Dina/index.html
