First, put your project on full screen. Then click the green flag in the middle and answer the given questions. Once the dizziness part starts, stare in the middle, but make sure that you can still see the rest of the project. Once you've been watching for a minute (60 secs), you should hear a weird, electronic pop ("zoop"). By now, you should be at least the slightest bit dizzy.
