You are the dot in the middle of the screen. If you fall off a platform, you restart the level. WASD to move, space to jump. Right and left arrow keys to turn/look right/left. Up and down arrow keys to look down/up, but there is a limit to the amount you can look up and down. Get to the green flag to complete the level.
