After his mother was killed by a dragonflame cactus that went off during a gang battle, he and Owl were sent to live in the rainforest with a close friend of his mother's. Upon reaching the rainforest, Owl ran away, leaving Copperhead alone with a bunch of Rainwings. He would rather eat fruit than meat, but could deal with eating it for a few days. He tends to be a little sarcastic, but is usually a nice guy, although he'd rather be alone. His favorite fruit is mango. To his relief, the dragonet squealed and ran off into the trees, leaving him alone.
