Use the arrow keys or W,A,S,D to move. You can select the difficulty of the map and the map you want to play. Try and get to the top before the flood kills you. Try and not get hit by the spikes that will decrease your health. Try and not get in the water that will decrease the big number on the right. GOOD LUCK!
