Welcome to Flatland! Here, you are a red square. You are 2-D and see in 1-D. The line in the middle is what you see. Move around with W, A, S, and D, and turn around with the left [<] and right [>] arrow keys. The accuracy controls how accurate your view will be. The lower, the faster the image is created and the less lag there will be. The higher the accuracy, the slower the image is created and the more lag there will be. I recommend low accuracy when you are moving and turning, and high or mid accuracy when viewing things. See photons button allows you to see how the square sees things (go to Notes and Credits to read how it works). Have Fun!
This is my attempt at creating a project where you can see what the square sees. Here's how the seeing system works: The square shoots out tons of photonos that travel and hit things. When they hit something, they tell a View sprite to draw something where it is seen. However, things at the left of the square may be drawn in the middle of the line, which is one down-side to how I coded this. NOTES: I may be adding more shapes and things later.
