vicky is back, hon~
so this is vic viper, the kind yet sassy computer program. they're sentient and pleased to be such; and they have the strange ability to actually understand their host's wants and needs, such as not popping up at the worst times, and offering actually helpful advice when requested to. vic also has an android/synthetic body which houses the program, giving them, well, a physical form. they are capable of having at most 20 arms and at least 0 (though thankfully the most shown in the project is 6), all of which have separate shoulder joints.
