This is a list sorter. It can be used as an example project just to highlight the efficiency of computers compared to humans: ask the kids to line up and sort themselves alphabetically (or write their names on slips of paper and do the same.) Then have them come to the front and add their names to the list, click sort and see how quickly the list is sorted.
