Move your mouse to aim your gun. Don't let the enemies (things coming toward you) get to you and destroy your tower.
I'll add more things in the new version of Death Sentence, coming out soon. Edit: The new version was (mostly) discontinued because I quit Scratch. I'll still work on it a little bit, but It won't come out for a while.
