Idk, but... maybe Darktail... :P 8. They both were actually quite powerful and might have come quite close (Voldemort was close to being immortal and Darktail took over ShadowClan and RiverClan...), but maybe just for this one I think Voldemort came a little closer... 9. Sadly, I have to say Voldemort... MY FAVORITE IS DEFINITELY DARKTAIL THOUGH!
