It turns out the Ponyta were being abused by Pokemon Hunter J,but her Pokemon were conquered by Fade and Fira.She got away,though. Sightings suggest she may be headed towards Sinnoh.All Rangers in Sinnoh must keep an eye out for her along with Alolan Rangers.
