(so in case you didn't know i'm making a webtoon called facing dragons- you can find it here https://www.webtoons.com/en/challenge/facing-dragons/list?title_no=127833 ♥) well here's a bit of a look at my improvement over the months! the first image is one that i drew today as a new thumbnail for my webtoon, and if you press space, you can see the original one i made back in the middle of november. i'm not quite sure i like the new one, but i do know that i like it much better than the old one. there were so many things wrong with that one. i do like the pose and everything, although the dragon was kind of squished in the corner. and i think one of the problems that i have with the new one is that the colors are more dull, which is kind of funny because almost all of those colors were eyedropped from the original thumb and then added to my palette thingy in fire alpaca to make the comic; then i eyedropped colors from the comic to add to my palette in krita, which i used for the new thumb. so the colors from the old thumb were somehow transformed into the colors in the new one and yet the new one is way less saturated >w< maybe it's just that the old thumb had colored lineart? who knoowwss also in personal news i went to chicago over spring break and saw hamilton. oh my word. it was amazing. i also went to my new favorite store, blick art supplies, and i will never be the same. there was a whole rack of copics and faber castell brush markers and they even had their own brand of alcohol brush markers that i bought some of and just as;kdfj;laj it was amazing
