This is based off of the "Moving on" episodes from Sander Sides Basically, Patton (The one in the picture) is Thomas's Morality but also represents his heart or emotions. Throughout the series, he is seen as cheerful and over all happy. In "Moving On", which talks about how to deal with a break-up, It is shown that Patton is not only Thomas's happiness, but all of his emotions. Patton reveals that he sometimes smiles despite being sad, and it is possible he does this when he feels mad, fearful, or other emotions.
