Discussion then occurs with that user to decide a challenge, a list of users then have until a set time to complete the challenge. If they can't or don't do the challenge, that's fine they don't get a penalty or anything. The person previously tagged person then decides who did the best, and who that person tagged is the next picker. Note: You can only tag someone on the list. Who do I tag? @everest-pets
