He ended up finding himself in The Forest of The Forgotten Ones, a place where few people survive, as the trees make them hopeless, sucking their personalities and memories out of their minds. Chloe ended up saving her boyfriend, the oldest Pagen brother, from this fate, by reminding him that he was loved. On their way out, they found a docile Forgotten one. Most had attempted to bring the pair down to their level, but this one just moped around. Plus he was smaller than average. Chloe convinced Claude to have him come with them out of the forest. When they got out of the forest, The Forgotten One seemed grateful. He began to change, his body morphing into a angel-demon like creature with his wings and horns colored like Chloe's arms and tail. His first words spoken in over many years were "Mom, Dad, you found me!" Claude was confused, but Chloe fell in love. He ended up being their adopted son.
