Ref: Name: Emerald "Em" Hills (Yes, it's a pun.) Nickname: Em or Stone, although prefers to be called by her full name by strangers. Species: Dragoooooon Age: Thirteen Gender: Female Fandom: None Looks: Turquoise scales that are often not polished, as she is almost always too lazy to polish them, striking blue eyes (common for her species), two glowing green horns, with one of them broken off because of an accident (She somehow fell off a cliff because of her clumsiness. Horns do grow back, though!). A necklace dangles from her neck, the stone being in fact an emerald that she was given. Slight eyebags. Bio: Emerald Hills was once hatched in a blue-speckled egg given to a family of wolves. Because she spent most of her time with the wolves, she slowly began to bond with them, and thought of them as her kin. However, because mammals were incredibly low in the hierarchy of Reptilia; the land in which this story takes place, Emerald was seldom allowed to go to the city until she was aged to the year of ten. Since then, Emerald vowed to someday reach the city and finally meet up with others like her. Fast forward a few years, and Emerald was about to go out in the city, being old enough. The leader of the pack, Moonlight, bid her a tearful farewell, and gave Emerald the necklace she now wears. Unbeknownst to Emerald, right after she left, the quaint village that housed her wolf family had been plundered by thieves, and Moonlight was dead. Powers: Emerald, being a Stonebeak, has enhanced night vision, and her horns glow in the dark to help aid with that vision. Small glowing marks also can be lit up on certain sections of her body. In addition to this, Emerald has rake-like claws equivalent to a pickaxe, and a tail perfect for gripping stalactites. These features have all been adapted because Stonebeaks often spend their time in caves. Weaknesses: Emerald can be blinded temporarily if exposed to incredibly bright lights, because her eyes have been adapted to dark areas. Emerald can also be prone to a load of diseases, as her immune system is lacking. This often leads to her staying home for many days at a time. Personality: Emerald is completely extroverted, and will go out of her way to socialize with others and make them warm up to her. Emerald almost seems to lighten up the room with her charisma, but also seems to darken it with her moody natures. Despite being quite flamboyant, Emerald has few friends due to social classes (Emerald is near the very bottom). In addition to this, others usually avoid Emerald because of her wolf-like mannerisms that she hasn't quite lost yet. Emerald can turn grouchy in quite a short span of time as well, due to her incredibly short fuse. Emerald has grown rather introverted and a bit shier due to being isolated from others.
