@petebumble commented on my entry project for @SPINxi asking if I could make them an OC, then said they made one. I offered to draw him/redesign him a little, they accepted, so here we are! :D I changed almost nothing what the heck been a while since I've done Vector art so I hope this is okay (to @petebumble: just backpack the final costume of the speedpaint if you want to use this for anything, make sure to give credit though! :D) and I just picked a random eye color cuz the original's eyes were black dots XD
