I changed the shape of the 'wings', is that OK? Also, the reason I added whiskers is because it could help blend in with the kelp, and I was playing around with the cat thing, since he's a catseal. Also, @MistickMage, can you please add a rank to the rebels of Risca Cave, which is Tactician? It would help fit Makko in, and other people could be Tacticians as well and help the rebels make their next move.
