The methods mentioned here no longer work with Scratch 3, so this project is no longer relevant. (But I'll leave it here for historical interest...) ================================= I find autosave can get annoying when in the middle of editing a project. So here's a quick info project to show a little trick I use to avoid autosave activating until *I'm* ready for it to save... See inside, and just place the scripts as instructed. Click on the broadcast block to stop your project from running (instead of clicking red stop icon), so you can edit without autosave activating. Press enter to dismiss the 'ask and wait' box when ready to save (or click green flag to restart your project and test your changes). It also shows how you can use a backdrop to produce the little project preview thumbnail that everyone sees to click on to get to your project. Hope someone somewhere finds it helpful!
