It's perfectly fine to use any other program!
Prizes - 1st place | 3 drawings of your ocs of your choice wyth background, 3 icons, 3 likes and loves, and a follow! 2nd Place | A drawing of your oc of choice, 2 likes and loves, 2 icons, and a follow! 3rd Place | A drawing of your oc, an icon, a like and a love, and a follow! Honorable mentions | A follow and a like and love! In the project are two backgrounds, if you're using scratch to color, use the first one, any other program, use the second.
