RULES FOR CHARACTER CREATION - YOU MUST READ!! THERE IS A CODEWORD!! 1. This is semi-realistic, so when creating your cat... The patterns can be as absurd as you like, but NO unnatural fur colors! Unnatural eye colors are fine - I would prefer that you kept the paw-pads and ears a natural color. ALSO: NO WINGS, HORNS, LIGHT-UP FUR, OR OTHER SUCH FEATURES. AGAIN, NO WINGS, HORNS, LIGHT-UP FUR, OR OTHER SUCH FEATURES. This is a semi-realistic RP. 2. The name has to follow warrior cat naming patterns. So no Heavenfur, or Aetherpaw please. Names like Sparkle, Shimmer, and Shine are accepted, and names not presented in the warrior cat books but are realistic, such as Asterpaw (an aster is a type of flower) or something, are fine. Ask an admin if you are not sure. Also: kits cannot be named something with -star at the end, elders cannot be named with -paw, ect. Speaking of: 3. Age ranges. Follow them correctly. Kits are 0-6 moons, apprentices are 6-12 moons (unless they are a med. cat apprentice), warriors are at least 12 moons, and elders are on the older side of things (50-60+??), unless they have a disability such as blindness that caused them to retire early. I would ask that queens are at least 16 moons. 4. Speaking of queens, kit creation. If you want to create a kit, ask someone who owns a character that is a queen. If they have already had a litter of kits, then ask if your character can be an adopted kit. DO NOT make a kit before one of the queens says you can. Also, kits should not have intense backstories.The most they can have is that they were found somewhere abandoned or something. 5. The personality has to be either balanced or interesting. Everyone always says that you have to have a balanced character. No, you don't have to, but if they are inbalanced, it should at least be interesting to interact with. For example, a flirtatious, stunningly attractive tom is not a balanced character - but it's interesting, at least. Also, the codeword for your character to be accepted is storm or storms. Please include it in the "other" part of your bio, but hidden. IE; "they like storms" or "they are afraid of storms". (this doesn't have to be true; you can remove it after the character is accepted). 6. No TempestClan cat likes SunnyClan, at all. The two Clans absolutely, positively loathe eachother. Even if your cat is laid-back and generally likes everyone, they will NOT like SunnyClan. if you want to have a forbidden romance, talk with me or Doveleap. They are not very common and are advised against. 7. Any apprentices will be assigned a mentor, who will take them training and such. You can recommend or ask for a certain cat to be your mentor, but in the end it is up to the admins. When creating a warrior, or deputy, please put weather or not they are open to having an apprentice as to help us decide. You will be asked before we assign you an apprentice. Please keep in mind that mentors are expected to actually mentor their apprentices. 8. Look at the availability of each spot. If the medicine cat spot is not open, don't make a cat for that. I know you can't stay on top of everything, but try not to spam us with unnecessary characters, please. 9. AND, if your character does not end up getting that position, or there is something else you do not like (a mentor assigned you didn't want, no queens available, ect), do not blow up at us. There are a million and one warrior cat roleplays out there, so if you don't like this one, go find somewhere else to take your character. It would be better for all of us. You can have cats from both SunnyClan and TempestClan!! Don't feel like you are limited to just one Clan, if you want to be on both sides of the conflict that is perfectly fine!
