In the POTHS rp, one of my characters (Whisper) knows a song that might be related to the keys. She forgot a lot of it, but she tries to remember it. I decided I wanted to write the lyrics for it. It's just a poem for now, but that's because it's a song passed down in Whisper's familly from ages ago. So I won't write a part for the anti-key, because it didn't exist when the song was written (duh) I'm planning that at one point, when the opal key awakes, and the pokemon know of it, Whisper will write the part of the opal key herself and finish the entire song. It is complete! It turned out pretty well! (Thank you @Pikakit for proofreading this, heheh.) ~<O>~ Hidden behind eyes, great power lies... Gems with special abilities, nine pokemon with new capabilities. The ruby's soft red glow, makes the host's power grow. Power like legendaries, stronger than all, Hard to control, but kind over all. With such strength, it fights to protect, And treats others with honor and respect. The power of the gem, it doesn't hide, It lies behind red coloured eyes. Endless stamina, the topaz host gains; The power of the gem streams through its veins. Quick and awake, but tired it becomes, But once it rests, the power outcomes. The power of the gem, it doesn't hide, It lies behind yellow coloured eyes. A strong connection to nature, the emerald's host has; Able to make plants grow, thanks to its green glow. Affected by nature, gentle and kind, The host and environment are entwined. The power of the gem, it doesnt hide, It lies behind green coloured eyes. The diamond host's power is to be like the air; Invisible but very aware. Invisible to the eye, can sense where you are, But if visible is like a morning star. The power of the gem, it doesn't hide, It lies behind white coloured eyes. Quick like the wind, the amethyst host is; No other creature can run fast like this. Can run on water or lava and avoid injury, Can also fit through tight gaps you see. The power of the gem, it doesn't hide, It lies behind violet coloured eyes. The power to heal others, the sapphire host uses; It can heal cuts, scars and bruises. Creating forcefields to protect others from harm, Their connection with spirit gives them visions about the past, future, or present its charm. The power of the gem, it doesn’t hide, It lies behind blue coloured eyes. Very high senses the amber host has; It can read your mind when you pass. Can sense when someone lies, Analises a situation quickly to help its allies. The power of the gem, it doesn't hide, It lies behind orange coloured eyes. Sense your emotions, the quartz host can. It can calm strong emotions whenever it can Manipulates your emotions, without you knowing, If used too much this will not be easygoing. The power of the gem, it doesn't hide, It lies behind pink coloured eyes. The onyx host can see through darkness, fog or smoke; Is able to hide in the darkness its cloak. Heals itself by being explosed to moonlight, Can create illusions or shadows whenever it fights. The power of the gem, it doesn't hide, It lies behind black coloured eyes. Ruby, topaz, emerald, diamond, amethyst, sapphire, amber, quartz and onyx. They don't open a lock, they're not even keys, They are the gemstones that will set us free. The darkness will rise once again, But the keys will too, and will choose new partners for them. ~<O>~ That's Whisper's song! I hope you liked it! I worked hard on this, some parts might be better than others, (If you're the quartz key holder please don't kill me XD) but I couldn't turn every power into a perfect part of the song. I tried really hard though. And yes, this is the finished product. Maybe I will make some small changes if I think it is nessasary, or people point out spelling errors, but that's it. Now I'm planning on animating all the keys! Wish me succes guys...
