Ok so there's a story behind this- Basically Iris fell in love with Respera, but she knows she can't be with him because Charlemagne wouldn't like it/approve, so her case of bipolar kicked in. So, Charlemagne posed as Respera for a while to make Iris hate him, but it didn't work.
