You are a casual, fat, guy named bob. You can only jump with small force, but you are one fast runner! Use the left and right keys to move, and up key to make small, weak, jumps. Also there's this transparent guy that you wanna know more about. Hint: jump before one second after the guy's eyes turn red to avoid falling in the floor and getting stuck.
