UPDATE 2: Unfortunately, Knowledge may be taken down in a few days. There's been a change to the cloud system where it can only store 128 characters. Our database requires many characters (over 128 characters) just to store 1 item, so Knowledge will not operate with this new system. Our developers are currently working on a solution.
