Press Space to proceed the dialogue and select menu items. Press W to speed up dialogue. Use the arrow keys to move the cursor in the menu. And don't forget to don your 3D glasses! (Note: Works best with the red lens over the left eye) You can press 3 to toggle 3D on and off.
