Instructions

- Go into fullscreen mode! - Right/left arrow keys increase/decrease the plane's thrust - Up/down arrow keys tilt the plane up/down - Flight instructions below! Taking off: increase thrust (right arrow) until the meter in the top right corner is almost full. You'll see green show on the meter. Then SLOWLY tilt the plane up until you leave the ground. If you didn't leave the ground, you need more speed. To fly: either increase your thrust and tilt the plane straight forward, or keep the thrust low but make sure to maintain a tilt upward. To land: decrease your thrust until your plane starts to descend. Then, before you crash, tilt the plane up until you're able to maintain a steady descent. When you can see the ground, increase your thrust slightly, but also tilt the plane forward a bit. Finally, if you're coming in slowly enough, land on the ground and level out your plane! Either decrease your thrust and let the plane stop, or take off again. Try to land once you're airborne! Don't crash, though :D

Description

My most recent project! http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/25863562/ This simulator is nowhere near accurate, but it works. You can accelerate, take off, fly around, and hopefully land! The clouds and ground were put together quickly, cause I didn't want to focus on them! They help put your speed and height into perspective, though. Graphics all done inside Scratch (nothing special) ;)
