Arzo, originally a farmer, became the victim of The Black Death after the creation of The Island of Enloverse. Whereas everyone hid in their shelters to avoid being infected, Arzo wasn't so lucky, as he's awoken by seeing his flesh on his hands suffering gangrene. He was later suffocated by a liquid in his lungs, as he's infected by pneumonia. In death, for not seeking his shelter in time, his ignorance, and his violence against the King of Enloverse in an attempt to assassinate him with Yersinia Pestis, he's been cursed to be a plague doctor and his everlasting stay on Kingdom of Hell. He now serves as Devil Enzo's executioner for Ultimate Sinners, in form of lethal injection.
