there are very cases that ranked as rank-X the rank-X cases are cases that not be given a rank without there being objections to the cases ranking e.g. case 235 was originally a rank 4 [attack when provoked] but then case 235 started to attack randomly so it was changed to rank 7 [medium aggressiveness (advanced methods of attack)] but after it was changed it stopped attacking all together so it was changed to a rank 2 [causes mental effects] but once it was changed to rank 2 it started to attack again once it was discovered that case 235 changed it's behavior on purpose it was changed to rank-X permanently
