BACKSTORY: So on one of Crystal's (character in the picture) "adventures" away from her home, she finds herself crossing a vast desert, while the demons are looking for her. She is almost at the point of death when she finds an oasis. But while there, she finds a lotus, which is quite out of place in a desert. But when she picks it up, it starts to wither away in her hand/paw. However, it didn't wither away completely. Crystal, quite confused by this, took it as a sign that something in her life was withering away, but it could be fixed if she found the solution. What a lame excuse for a backstory.
