Chrysler was owned by DaimlerChrysler/Chrysler LLC when this vehicle was produced. I'll try to explain the purpose of the Chrysler Voyager. Basically, it's the short wheelbase Town & Country. It was originally just going to be called the Plymouth Voyager, but because Plymouth was axed in 2001, Chrysler picked up the Voyager name. The Chrysler Voyager was only briefly sold in the US. However, in other markets, like the Australian and European ones, the Chrysler Town & Country has always been known as the Voyager (both SWB and LWB).
