"right now i have enough power to destroy the entire solar system!" cell is faster, being faster than light (goku flew across namek, a planet much bigger than earth, in seconds, and cell is much faster than goku at that point) cell is more durable, being able to come back from his OWN self-destruction! cell is smarter, being able to learn and adapt to most of the (worthwhile) z-fighter's techniques and fighting styles. cell has greater lifting strength, being able to lift mountains with ease with his mind alone. the winner is cell. and in case you forgot who was next, bendy vs the devil!
