I went back and watched an anime I hadn't seen since maybe 2010, and honestly it's probably where most of the inspiration for Red Eye came from. I remember the anime a lot differently than what I watched, lol, and rewatching it really made me realize how similar Red's story is to the characters there. It's different enough to keep though, lol Anyway, this is a meme right now on the internet (not the animated kind, the kind that resembles a joke) and I was like "I haven't animated Red in about three months, lets give that a go" and then I spent about six hours on this lol
